 A: ¡Buenos días! ¿En qué le puedo ayudar?

B: ¡Buenos días! Voy a Santiago de Chile.

A: Muy bien. ¿Me permite su billete y pasaporte?

B: Aquí está mi pasaporte. Pero el billete se me perdió.

A: No se preocupe. Le emitieremos otro billete pero hay un recargo de $ US 75.

B: Está bien. Aquí tiene mi tarjeta de crédito.

A: Gracias. Aquí tiene su pasaporte y el billete. El vuelo sale de la puerta ocho, a las once.

B: Gracias.

A: Gracias. ¡Que tenga un buen viaje!
