A: Pues, ¿qué puedo hacer ahora?
B: Dígame el color, el tipo y las características de su maleta, por favor. 
A: Mi maleta es de color rojo y del mismo tipo que ésta.
B: Bueno, no se preocupe. La enviarmos a su hotel cuando la encontremos.

A: I can not find my suitcase.
B: Can you give me your air ticket?
A: Yes. It is the flight 604 from Shanghai.
B: But all the suitcases on this flight have been unloaded. 
A: Pues, ¿qué puedo hacer ahora?
B: Please tell me the color, the style and characteristics of your suitcase.
A: My suitcase is red color and the same style of this.
